Thank you for choosing us as your professional dental care team. It is our pleasure to welcome you & your family to our dental office. The following information will tell you about our caring clinic and answer many of your questions. If you have any other questions or need additional information, please do not hesitate to ask. Your First Visit
On your first visit you will receive a thorough examination of all aspects of your oral health, including a medical & dental history and necessary radiographs. Then we will discuss a treatment plan to help you achieve optimal oral health. Together, we will help you maintain a healthy mouth and prevent future dental problems.
If you have any prior dental x-rays, you are encouraged to bring them to your first visit. In addition, if you have an insurance plan, please bring your policy number, identification number and insurance booklet. Furthermore please remember to update the front desk team whenever there are any changes to your personal information or health.
Financial Policy & Dental Insurance
Insurance plans and policies can be very difficult to comprehend at times. Our staff is here and willing to address any concerns you may have. On your many visits, you will be responsible for any procedures that are not covered by your insurance. Please remember that the insurance contract is an agreement between you and your employer, and that the final responsibility for inquiry or payment is yours. Nevertheless, our front desk team is more than willing to arrange for specific financial payment plans that can best accommodate your needs.
And any differences between insurance coverage and dental costs must be accounted for by patient. If you have any questions regarding treatment cost, please do not hesitate to ask our front desk . For your convenience we accept Visa, Mastercard, Interac, and Cash. Sorry, we do not accept cheques.

Emergency Care
We understand that most dental emergencies do not occur at convenient times. As a patient you have the privilege and reassurance that in the event of a dental emergency, we will do our utmost to alleviate the problem immediately. Please call our office as soon as possible if you require immediate care and we will do our best to accommodate you.
We respect your time and make every effort possible to stay on schedule. Likewise, we request that you arrive on time for your appointment. Appointment time is reserved exclusively for you and your dental treatment.

Appointment Policy
We will attempt to remind you of your appointment 24 hours in advance, but remember it is your responsibility to keep the appointments you have made. We thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation on this matter.
